"Believe you can and you're halfway there" - Teddy Roosevelt.
Someone once said that life is what happens when you are busy making plans. For me, life changed dramatically in 2008 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I know from personal experience how important it can be to have the right kind of support.
My approach to psychotherapy is broad because the lives of my patients are diverse. Physical health intertwines with mental well-being, and grief overlaps with relationships. Holistic care takes all of those causes and effects into account. My approach goes beyond talking. Working together, clients and I can determine the best tools for your unique circumstances and strengths. Together, we set a treatment plan and goals for therapy.
I fulfilled my dream of becoming a counselor after decades of working in corporate and academic settings. It would be my privilege to support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

Read more about me:
“While I don’t take myself too seriously (just ask my family—they've seen me in action), I’m very serious about my work. I'm driven by goals and committed to supporting those around me. I approach people with the belief that everyone is doing their best, motivated by good intentions at any given moment.
I’m a big dreamer who helps others pursue their dreams, too. I believe in lifelong learning and will always be a student at heart. I’m endlessly curious about people and their stories, finding inspiration in the resilience and strength of the human spirit. And, true to form, I’ve yet to meet a baby or dog that didn’t brighten my day.”
